of iPodder - "Dave Winer left our meeting and created
the enclosure element to the RSS distribution format he had developed
earlier, allowing a file to be 'attached' to an rss entry by means
of a url pointing to the file. For the next 4 years we spent plenty
of time evangelizing the enclosure element and it's promised power,
but never really found the spark to get a movement going."
