Boston's Cardinal Sean OMalley, is bringing the church's
2,000-year-old message to the world's millions of iPod owners.
OMalley will become the first of the Catholic Church's 186

While he may be the first Catholic Cardinal podcasting he is
late to the table. The growing trend of religious podcasts is
apparent in the niche religious podcast directories. |

12/20/2006 RSS Feed Etiquette
Citizen journalists and writers have become common place
on the web. Perhaps you are considering blogging, but are unsure
of how to enter the world of online journaling. As the medium
has grown, I thought it might be a good idea to put together
some general guidelines for new bloggers and reminders to veteran
bloggers about blogging practices.
There is no Emily Post in blogging that offers etiquette advice,
or a Miss Manners that details appropriate behavior. That does
not mean there are not acceptable and unacceptable actions that
bloggers should take. In order to efficiently communicate as
a blogger on the Internet, it is critical to understand the
unwritten rules of blogging etiquette.

12/05/2006 Free Podcast Auto Discovery Generator
Increase the number of podcast subscribers by adding autodiscovery
code to your website. NotePage has made a free online tool that
automates the creation of the auto-discovery code for podcasts RSS feeds.
The free auto-discovery tool automatically creates the code
necessary for the auto-discovery of podcasts and RSS feeds on
a website. Simply enter the title, and the URL of the RSS feed
and a code will then be generated based on the information entered.
The code can then be entered in the "header" section of an HTML
web page, to assist RSS readers in automatically detecting the
presence of an RSS feed for that website.

The Bush administration wants North Korea's attention,
so like a scolding parent it's trying to make it tougher for
that country's eccentric leader to buy iPods, plasma televisions
and Segway electric scooters.
The U.S. government's first-ever effort to use trade sanctions
to personally aggravate a foreign president expressly targets
items believed to be favored by Kim Jong Il or presented by
him as gifts to the roughly 600 loyalist families who run the
communist government.
